A successful State Farm agency is looking to add a Bilingual Account Representative to the team. Join an office that is continuing to grow, with a vibrant atmosphere. You will be selling insurance products to current and new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales leads, schedule insurance appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish new client relationships and follow up with existing clients, as needed.
- Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about the importance of selecting the proper insurance options.
- Setting sales and growth goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license (agent assisted program offered)
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (agent assisted program offered)
