Job description
A successful State Farm agency is looking to add a Bilingual Account Representative to the team. Join an office that is continuing to grow, with a vibrant atmosphere. You will be selling insurance products to current and new customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales leads, schedule insurance appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish new client relationships and follow up with existing clients, as needed.
  • Use a client-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about the importance of selecting the proper insurance options.
  • Setting sales and growth goals
Requirements:
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Ability to obtain Life & Health license (agent assisted program offered)
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (agent assisted program offered)

Compensación: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
